Shipping policy

USA:

Your order is our priority and we anticipate that all orders will ship within one week. USA shipments typically take 2-6 business days to arrive once shipped. Orders are shipped using the most economical (ground) method. Hawaii and Alaska have longer transit times and may take 2-3 weeks to deliver.

Failed & Returned Deliveries:

We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incomplete address, missing apartment number, mail forwarding, incorrect address, improper/non-secure parcel receptacle, etc. To make a second delivery attempt for returned packages, the customer will be responsible for paying the returned delivery fee
